Karara celebrates official launch

June 11, 2021

We recently saw the official launch of Karara at the Macknade Food Village in Faversham. Observing the current social distances guidelines friends, supporters and invitees attended from near and far. Paul and Rani Babra welcomed guests with the sound of Bhangra drums to celebrate the launch of Karara and the Sikh New Year Vaisaiski.

The High Sheriff of Kent Mrs. Remony Elizabeth Millwater was in attendance to officially launch Karara to the public to cut the ribbon across. A bouquet of stunning flowers was presented to her by Rani. Also showing his support was Cllr Graham Gibbons from Kent County Council.

Macknade’s new managing director Shane Godwin unveiled Karara’s new menu which launches this week at the Food Village.

Delicious Indian nibbles were served complete with a Karara kick of course.
